Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the service

Go June Pty Ltd provides general information and estimates only, based on publicly available Australian Taxation Office (ATO) guidance and the information you enter. Go June Pty Ltd is not a registered tax agent and does not provide tax advice.

2. Not a tax agent service

No service provided by Go June Pty Ltd is intended to be, or is to be relied upon as, a “tax agent service” within the meaning of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth). You must consult a registered tax agent before claiming any deduction.

3. Your acknowledgements

By using Go June Pty Ltd, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Go June Pty Ltd is not a registered tax agent and does not provide tax advice.
  2. Deduction estimates are general information only, based on publicly available ATO guidance and the information I have provided.
  3. Estimates are calculated on the basis of my unverified inputs.
  4. Actual deductions may be lower and I may not be entitled to claim any deduction.
  5. I need to consult a registered tax agent to independently verify this general information.
  6. I, and not Go June Pty Ltd, am solely responsible for the accuracy of my tax return.
  7. These estimates are not a recommendation that I am entitled to claim any deduction and are not intended to be relied upon to satisfy my tax liability, obligation, or entitlements.

4. Your warranties

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have capacity to enter into these terms, and that the information you provide to Go June Pty Ltd is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. No reliance

You have not relied, and will not rely, on any estimate produced by Go June Pty Ltd to satisfy any tax liability or obligation or to claim any tax entitlement. Any such reliance is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go June Pty Ltd's liability to you is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law permits, Go June Pty Ltd's liability for a failure to comply with a non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited, at Go June Pty Ltd's option, to re-supplying the service or refunding the fee you paid.

7. Indemnity

You indemnify Go June Pty Ltd against any loss arising from inaccurate information you provide, your misuse of the service, or your reliance on any estimate contrary to these terms.

8. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Go June Pty Ltd, you consent to that collection, use, and disclosure.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Amendment

We may amend these terms from time to time. Continued use of Go June Pty Ltd after an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
